Equipment brief introduction 2.1 Disc spool paying off machine adopts adjustable mechanical damping so as to effectively cooperate the dragging rewinding speed. 2.2 Degreasing sand washing adopts drying & wetting mechanical erasing and degreasing sand washing method, meanwhile plus water flushing so as to play degreasing and sweating action. 2.3 Electrolytic alkaline washing and acid washing adopt cathode & anode alternating method, pole plates isolating with each other, with high electrolytic efficiency. 2.4 Electrolytic alkaline cleaning tank adopts carbon steel plate, with the addition of steel skeleton and insulation layer, with stainless steel covering and cover board. With steam heating, and temperature of over 85, with temperature indicating function. 2.5 Hot water tank adopts stainless steel plate, with the addition of steel skeleton and insulation layer. The rest is the same as 2.4. 2.6 Pickling tank, chemical coating bath and water cleaning tank adopt PP plate, with the addition of steel skeleton (steel-plastic complex) structure, robust & durable. 2.7 Main tank bodies are all of structure of upper and lower tanks. Electrolytic alkaline cleaning tank and hot water tank adopt stainless steel axial flow pump circulation so as to reduce heat loss. Acid cleaning tank, chemical coating bath and water cleaning tank adopt PP pump axial flow pump circulation, with simple structure, and easy to maintain. 2.8 Electrolytic alkaline cleaning tank, electrolytic acid cleaning tank and chemical coating bath are respectively equipped with a liquid level indication alarm to effectively control the height of liquid level. 2.9 High-pressure air cleaning and fresh water flushing units are provided between different liquid tanks to prevent interference of drug ingredients between liquid tanks. 2.10 Sealed with a cover board on tank body, and equipped with a draft interface to reduce pollution of environment. 2.11 Whole line adopts PLC control.
