SY-G6000R offers one RJ-11 telephone jacks for connecting with analog phones or fax machines, and Four Ethernet ports which can be configured as switch or router mode for connections under different network access environment. 3.SY-G6000R is designed with dedicated hardware, offering real time processing using SIP technology converting analog voice and data signal to digital. This assures high quality processing and transmission of fax and voice communications. Fully SIP Compliant SY-G6000R is fully compliant with Session Initiation Protocol (RFC3261). It can work with any SIP compliant devices like IP phone, software phone, IPPBX, analog gateway, digital gateway etc. Full Call Functions SY-G6000R offers full set of call functions like Call ID, Call Hold, Call Waiting, Call Forward and 3-way conference. Built-in Switch / Router The four Ethernet ports switch can be configured as a switch or a router. Usually switch mode is preferred in an office LAN environment, while router mode is recommended when used in a home network environment because of the IP sharing function.
