VKR clack contact series products produced (over 20 varieties) by our company has advanced and specific manufacture technology, reliable structure, high compactness, good conductivity (small height, simple fitting and no conducting plate of VKRZ contact finger series product), high dynamic stability, self-cleaning function, which have been extensively supplied to various domestic high voltage manufacturers with high praises from them. Clack contact finger consists of a pair of contact plates and wedge contact piece, with the piece usually used as dynamic contact. Contacts of this kind have mutual friction when dynamic and static contacts contacting each other so as to clean the contact surface automatically. It possesses a high dynamic stability and self-cleaning function; and rated current may increase if groups of contact plates and wedges are added so that horizontal dimension increases as well with the result of difficulty in fitting. Working surface of contact is subject to burning by electric arc so that it is normally used as main contact rather than arc extinction contact.
