Urea-Formaldehyde Resin Powder

It is a single synthetic resin glue, it is easy to use, which only need to add some water. Apply to furniture assemble, joggle, mosaics, agglutination, jointingpressure, plate cover etc. LIKAI’S urea-formaldehyde resin powder is high quality wood adhesive powder,can use with hot press or cold press, it is widely used in the lumber industry. Using methods —Adjustable glue:Take a certain weight of powder,according to the proportion of feed water(weight ratio:5:3), Notice that the water should be added gradually, at same time stir it gradually, so the powder would be easily dissolved, no fritter. The customer could adjust the proportion according to its requirement, in order to get the suitable viscosity.Please kindly decrease the water volumn when you joggle and ahesive small area, othwersie you can add some water when you adhesive big plate or panel.the working life is inversely proportional to the temperature, the temperature is higher, its working life is shorter(Working life means the time from adjusting the glue to gel it.) Suitable period temperature 6 – 3 hours 10 – 20°C 3 – 2 hours 20 – 30°C 2 – 1 hours 30 – 40°C According to the temperature's high or low, the lenght of the working life to fix the glue everytime, avoid to waste it. If use many glue everytime, you can adjust the adhesive by electrical strirrer, it will save the time and effort. Glue-coating:manual operation could use glue knife or glue brush,Large area can use gluing machine.Adhesive surfaces should be flat, smooth and joint, glue-coating quantity should be controlled in 120 - 150g/m2 in single side.
