The company produce turbine generator main shaft forgings including 1.5 MW, 2MW wind turbinegenerators, hydro turbine generator, gas turbine generator, thermal turbine generator. Our factory has 8000mt,3150 Mt hydraulic press, the max forging weight is 45 Mt, and advanced processing machines. We can supply final machined wind turbine shafts. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc. All ingots aremelted by LF + VOD furnaces.
