HIPS is a blend of GPPS with butadiene rubber. HIPS sheet is known for its ease of thermoforming ability, processing, good dimensional stability, impact strength and rigidity. It has resistance for many chemicals like alkali, salts, lower alcohols, and many acids. By extraordinary formula, it also has Electrostatic resistance. HIPS products is widely used in food packaging industry and other packaging fields like fruit packaging, medicine packaging, toys packaging. It could be recycling, and no pollution. We could provide HIPS sheets with five layers pressed. The HIPS sheets could be monochrome or color. The HIPS sheets could be used in not only the food packaging like the fast food containers, sushi containers, chocolate containers, but also beverage cups and its cover. By extraordinary formula, The HIPS sheets have Electrostatic resistance. Recently, we are developing a new HIPS sheets with best barrier resistance. It could be used in the food packaging which has a long guarantee period. We could manufacture 0.15mm-1.00mm thickness and 0-800mm widely sheets.
