TT-CZ300 Type Truck-Mounted Type Cold Plastic road marking machine is portable Before using this machine, it should be mounted on truck, rack of spraying gun, guide rod and encoder etc. device also need to be installed on the related position of truck, and then drive truck to start marking work. The marking equipment included all related device could be unloaded when not use marking equipment, not affect the truck’s normal use. Equipment Characteristics 1. Engine: Japan Honda 13HP or Japan Honda 20HP Air-cooled gasolin engine. 2.Spraying Pump: Equip with one (I Type) or Two (II Type) plunger pump. Max flow and pressure of single pump is separately 20L/min and 20Mpa(Working pressure 8-12 Mpa). I Type has one independent spraying system, it should be cleaned when require to change marking color. II Type and III Type both has two completely independent spraying system, can spraying two color at the same time. I Type and II Type can drive one or two spraying guns to spray single color marking. III Type can drive three or four spraying guns to spray single or double color. General speaking, III Type is mainly used for marking new roads or airport wide line. 3.Applicable paint type: All equipments in this series can meet requirement of construction using cold-solvent paint or water-based paint etc paint without bone material according to customer’s requirement. Thereinto, II type and III Type can be adjusted to meet construction of two-component paint as customer required. 4.Electronic controlling system: Advanced automatic controlling system adopt integrated circuit design, the stability of software system is pretty excellent. Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), encoder etc electronic spare parts are world famous brand. Selection of linetype, transforming function and adjusting error can be finished by single keyboard operation. 5.Paint Tank: II Type, III Type both are equipped with double-tank with hydraulic stirring device, I type is equipped with one-tank with hydraulic stirring device, single tank’s capacity is 150kg. We as well can adjust paint tank’s capacity and quantity as per customer’s requirement. 6.Glass beads device: There are two different construction method, nature flowing by gravity (A Type) and Spraying by pressure (B Type). 7.Spraying gun: I Type two guns, II Type Three Guns and III Type four guns, all of them are pneumatic spraying gun, and equipped with reverse washed nozzle to ensure removing blocks conveniently and quickly on the construction site. Customer could choose portable handcart as per construction’s needs in order to spray arrows, words, symbols and logos etc. special signs. 8.Rack of spraying gun and guide rod: Equip with manual mechanic rack of spraying gun and guide rod. Customer could choose hydraulic automatic controlled rack and guide rod according to their frequency of utilization. 9.Cleaning system(Optional): Customer could choose to equip with automatic cleaning device for spraying system according to the whole equipment’s frequency of utilization, in order to conveniently and quickly clean equipment after end of construction, come to save thinner, reduce potential accidents and extend the useful life of equipment. 10.Pre-marker function(Optional): Customer could choose pre-marker device, in order to further improve the efficiency of construction.
