(I)Preparation before starting the machine: 1. Replenish the fuel tank with hydraulic fluid which suit the working machines medium, (summer 68, winter 46),the standard oil level for fuel tank is the liquid ometer's 2/3 altitude. 2. After plunge the power source, turns on the moter switch , observe the electrical machinery's fan blade (observe the moter behind electrical machinery ) whether the fan blade turn clockwise or anti-clockwise. If the fan blade rotates anti-clockwise, please change the positions of 2 random power lines out of 3.3. After starting the machine, switch two operating handles up and down respectively, and acquaint yourself with the cylinder's path.(II). Trouble shooting 1. the machine does not work after start A. Examined if the hydraulic fluid level in the fuel tank achieve the standard oil level. If the oil quantity is insufficient , please supplement the oil to standard oil level promptly, instead of bringing about damage to the hydraulic pump. B. Examine if the attaching plug lacks the item , or the fuse separates. C. Examine whether the fan blade of the electrical machinery turns clockwise.D. Examine the nut of the accent presses overflow valve whether loose.If they become loose , please revolve the knob to the turbo-charged direction(the anti-clockwise direction), and move the operating handle upwardly , to cause the equipment's main cylinder to stretch out. When the main cylinder extending to the biggest range , please examine if the pressure gauge achieve the normal pressure. If it achieves the normal pressure, then lock nut. (2)The equipment may work, but the pressure is insufficient after start A. Adjust the standard working pressure of the accent presses overflow valve . B. The mold carried by the machine (a demolition mold, a assemblage mold ) in order to facilitate users to learn about the characters and use of the machine , but they may not necessarily be applying to all the chains or axle sleeves . (II)When the equipment operating, operators must take the appropriate protective measures. Otherwise accidents happen, Haoli enterprise is not responsible for the accidents. IV.Specific methods of operation (I).method to disassemble the chain: 1. Install the disassemble modle on the push board, the roof installation fix in the baffle board on the table; 2. Put the chains to be disassembled on the delivery chain platform, the screw hole of the chain need to be put in the bottom; 3. Turn on the motor control switch, moving upwardly the operation handle to the vice fuel tank, in order to make the fuel tank pole extend to the demolished part of the chain. Pass through the chain and the hole in the head of the fuel tank pole with an iron bar from the downward .And then push down the vice operations handle of the fuel tank, fuel tank will retrieve to drive the chain go to the working platform; 4. Fix on the socke board of the gate ,and move the handle of the main fuel tanks upwardly .This process will extend the push board to separate the chain apart, and then moved back to the operating handle of the main fuel tanks .Move the operation handle of the vice fuel tank upwardly.In this way ,the next section of the chain will be drived on the working table to be demolished successively. In this way, repeate the operations introduced above until complete the whole demolition. (II) .method to assemble the chain : 1. In order to make the chain renovated can fit the chain board successfully when assemble them together, making a mold for measuring horizontal pitch is required before the chain assembly .The Specific production methods is : Insert 4 small iron poles ,which size is similar to the the inner diameter of the scre holes in the chain board, (which suit to the chain to be assembled). And then use another four irons poles solder the former 4 small iron bars .In this way we get the mold which we called the trapezoidal four tripods mold. 2. Disassemble the model for demolishing the chain and the roof installation from the working platform ,and install a set of model for assemblage on the push board and the baffle board .4. Put the chain to be assembled in front of the model which close to the baffle board side on the working platform .Before assemble the chain, the screw hole on the chain should bewhen the chain must be at the top. And 2 feet of the trapezoidal four tripod ladder mold should be insert into the 2 screw holes on one side of chain.And then move up the main operating handle of the main fuel tank.After start the operation, when Another two feet of the ladder four tripods mold insert into the screw holes on the other 2 sides of the chain .In this process, the chain assemblage ends.In this way ,repeate operations introduced above until the completion of assemblage. 4. When assemble the chain , the first section dose not overlap the shaft, while the final section must oppress the short-chain sleeve.
