Torpedo Mixer Car

Our company, Angang Subsidiary Enterprise Company(ASEC for short) is able to manufacture 600 sets of metallurgical wagons (cars) per year, including mainly torpedo mixer cars, cylindrical mixer cars, hot-metal (liquid steel) ladle cars, slag pot cars, sintering pallet cars, crop bucket cars, pig iron cars, open wagons, flat cars, insulated box cars, dump wagons, lime vehicles, as well as large, medium and small sized hot metal (liquid steel) ladles. With a history of nearly 30 years of metallurgical wagons manufacture experience, and the introduction and development in recent years of advanced techniques, our company is now able to manufacture several series of metallurgical wagons of different types. We have developed and manufactured in succession 100-metric ton flat cars, 100-metric ton open-type wagons, 100-metric ton and 120-metric ton hot slab cars, 100-metric ton crop bucket cars, and 100-metric ton insulated boxcars. In the year of 2000, our company developed a series of 320-ton capacity super large torpedo mixer cars and cylindrical mixer cars, which have been put into operation in batches and have been used respectively in Masteel, Jinan iron and steel, and also in Ansteels new plant. Up to now, more than 40 steel works and 20 non-ferrous, coal and petroleum chemical firms at home have employed our metallurgical wagons and cars, and are highly spoken by our customers in terms of quality. Mixer cars are special wagons in metallurgical works used to transport hot metal from the blast furnaces to steel making plants for steel making or to casting yard for pig iron casting. The mixer car is featured in large capacity, longtime temperature keeping, energy-saving and consumption cutting, easy transport, and high-tech content. Hot metal in the mixer cars can be desulphurized and easy to keep it uniform in quality. It can be used instead of a hot metal mixed furnace. Now we can supply both cylindrical and torpedo mixer cars in a range of sizes, including 160-ton, 180-ton, 240-ton, 260-ton, and 320-ton capacities.The size of 320t torpedo ladle car is 25800 x3800 x 4670 mm.
