Three-phase series (tuning)reactor

1.Application It is used with the compensated capacitor by series,its function is make up series resonance for steady harmonic wave(5,7,11,13 times) and eliminate the damage of harmonic wave for the capacitor and the other equipment,moreover, protect the capacitor explode and the harmonic wave effected capacity .Usually ,6-7% reactive ratio reactor and 13%reactive ratio (react more than 3 times harmonic wave) reactor ,they are belong to the high inductance value reactor 2.Struction feature 1. The reactor has two sorts: there-phase and single phase ,and both of them are dry-type iron core 2. The iron core ,we adopt high quality low loss import cold rolling silicon steel sheet,core column is divided equality subparagraph by many air gaps ,and the air gap ,we adopt epoxy laminated glass cloth boards as interval to assure the reactive resistance ,will not change during the operated period 3. The coil .we adopt H or C class lacquered flat copper wire to roll and make arranging tightly and uniformly,moreover, the surface ,do not roll insulating layer , so that it has a good sense of beauty and heat dispersion 4.After the coil and the iron core of the reactor become one part , pre-dry → vaccum dipping paint→heat Hot baked curing, we adopt H class dipping paint to make up the the coil and the iron core can be hanged together firmly , Not only greatly reduced the running noise, but aslo it has high withstand heat level , ensure the reactor can safely noiseless operate at high temperatures 5. The fastern of the reactor core column adopts nonmagnetic material to assure that the reactor has higher quality factor , lower temp.risen and has higher filtering effect 6.Exposure part , we adopt the anti-corrosion to deal with, the leading-out terminal ,we adopt tinning copper pipe terminal 7. Our reactor has small volume , light weight,nice apperance ,etc3. Usage condition 1. Height above sea level do not exceed 2000m 2. Operated enviroment temp. -25 +45 ,relative humidty do not exceed 90% 3. Around enviroment should have a good atmospheric conditions,if installed into the cabinet,should add the ventilation installation.4. performance parameter 1.Suitable for the capacitor voltage is 0.44KV ,0.45KV ,0.48KV ,0.525KV, 0.66KV, 0.69KV and above 2.The reactive ratio: 1%, 6%, 7%, 12%, 13%, 14% and above 3.Capacity :8-120kvar 4. Withstand voltage class : 5KV/min,Insulated class:B class, F class, H class , Noise ≤30dB , overload capacior ≤1.35In ,can continous work 5.The reactor can operate longly under the power frenquency and the harmonic current is less than 1.35In rated current 6.Reactor value linearity: the reactive value is not lower than 0.95 under the 1.8In rated current and the rated current 7.The difference of the any two phase reactive value of the three-phase reactor is less than ±3% 8.
