Then put the tires into automatic crushing system, through the processing of tire crusher, primary crusher, fine crusher, and then four-time steel wires magnetic separating and three-time fiber separating, 100% steel wires and 98% fiber will be sorted out, then these rubber granules go into rubber grinding machines, rubber powder of required specification will be produced, and then comes the forth fiber separating, at last, the pure rubber powder is screened, graded,measured and packed. This production line features the cooling and dust treatment system, it lives up to the environmental and energy-saving requirements via the cooling water recycling and automatic dust-collecting.
