Superfine Mill Working Procedure:The raw material is evenly fed into the grinding chamber from the Feed Inlet of the electric screw feeder. The feeding speed can be adjusted on the control board. The grinding chamber includes the static Grinding Tract and the Rotating Beater, made of high-hardness alloy. The raw material moves along the grinding track and will be impacted, crushed and grinded into small particles by high-speed rotating beater. Air flow is sucked from the Air Inlet into the grinding chamber and classifying chamber by the blower. The small grinded particles willmovefrom the grindingchamber into the classifying chamber under the suction force of the blower. The fine particles areeasier to besucked out of the classifying chamberthroughthe outlet and then into the bagfilterthan the coarse particles. The coarse particles are heavier than the fine particles, easier to be rejected by the classifying wheel, that is, to be thrown aside by the centrifugal force created by the high-speed rotating wheel. These coarse powder rejected by the classifier will be sent back into the grinding chamber for secondary grinding. The fine powder goes into the bag filter and then into the packing machine.
