Lock Hopper ValveProduct DescriptionIntroduction Currently the control ball valves used in China’s Coal-Chemical industry are mostly imported. The valve applied in lock hopper system has to face an extrem environmrnt of high pressure, high temperature and great abrasive wear circle of slag processing, which requires a high frequency to open/close the valve and high seal ability. Therefore, the Lock Hopper Valve has to be designed with a perfect structure, proper material, advanced techniques and equipments, superior surface finish and a high output acuator with little maintenance to keep it working with safety, long life span and continuity. Our specially developed integrated stationary ball valve is applicable for coal-gasification slag-off system. ZDXSI-600LBDK300D1CF is specially designed for extrem environment of high pressure, high temperature and great abrasive wear. The gasification device added on the Lock Hopper Valve is the key to solve scaling, over wear problem of ordinary valves used for material supply, slag-off and black water processing of coal-gasification system. This device greatly enhanced the life span and validity of the whole coal-gasification system. The characteristics of gasification system require the valve to be able to with high open/close frequency (per half hour), fast open/close speed (3 to 10 seconds) and great seal ability (ANSI B16.104 ClassIV VI) . Based on our years experience and absorbing from overseas advanced technology, we have developed a valve with equal, or even superior in some aspects to the foreign similar products.
