Cap mould feature: 1 Mold ranges from 1 cavity to 48 cavities. 2. The cap mold is designed with 3D computer drawing and therefore the product yield rate is enhanced 3. Mold cavity and Core are made of steel with fine polishing, high hardness and anti-corrosion to get mold's high precision and good quality 4The cap molds is designed with advanced second-level taper positioning technology and slide-type independent self-locking, hence the concentricity of the product is guaranteed. 4.Cap Molds adopts advanced and reasonable design, each cavity having independent temperature control & heating system, which boasts an even heating temperature and keeps product with reliable and stable quality 5.Standard interchangeable mold components 6.Special designed nozzles ensure our unique feature. 7.High performance hot runner system ensures uniform melt flow and pressure in all cavities. 8.Mould manufactured by CNC equipments.
