Spiral Sheet Heat Exchanger

Even for two media withlittle temperature difference, it can also achieve ideal heat transfer results2) The connected pipe on the shell adopts the tangential structure, withlittle partial resistance. Since the curvature of the spiral channel is evenand the liquid does not have large turning when flowing in the equipment,with little total resistance, so that it can raise the designed flow speedwith higher heat transfer capability3) Spiral channel surface of grade I in-dismountable spiral sheet heatexchanger adopts welded seal, with relatively high airtight performance.4) The structural principle of grade II dismountable spiral sheet heatexchanger is basically as the same of the in-dismountable heatexchanger; however, one of its channels can be dismantled for cleaning.It is especially applicable to the heat transfer of liquid with stickiness andsediment5) The structural principle of grade III dismountable spiral sheet heatexchanger is basically same as the in-dismountable heat exchanger;however, one of its channels can be dismantled for cleaning6) Spiral sheet heat exchanger has the nominal pressure of PN0.6, 1.0,1.6 and 2.5MPa (the largest working pressure the single channel canbear).
