Spiral classifiers are widely used in the distribution of ore inclosed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and fine slit in gravity mills,grading granularity and flow of metal ore-dressing, and de-sliming anddehydrating in washing. This product features simple structure, reliableworking conditions and convenient operation. Because different grains havedifferent specific gravity and sedimentation rates in liquid, this productallows the fine ore to flow in the water, while coarse ore sinks to the bottom.This classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feedingmouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe. The seat of the machine featureschannel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle ismade of cast iron for durability. The machine's lifting equipment can be usedmanually or electronically. According to the spiral blade at theflooding end, there are two type: 1.High weir type: the top side of spiral blade is higher than the floodinglevel and the center of the blade is lower than the flooding level. This typeis used for classification of ore with flooding size between 0.83-0.15. 2. Immersed weir type: the whole spiral blade is immersed in the flooding levelof the flooding end. The type is used for classification of ore with floodingsize between 0.15-0.07mm.
