Spiral book binding machine

The Qingzhong Machinery model QZ-7235 is a semi automatic spiral binding machine that is easy to operate and efficient. The machine feeds in spooled wire,tinned or nylon coated,straightens the wire,forms it into spiral according to your pitch and diameter,and inserts it into the pre-punched paper block. The cutting knives simultaneously cut the wire at the desired length and bend the ends inward to secure the wire in place.The operation is done with 1 operator,who feeds the punched paper block onto the table plate and then press a foot petal that cycles the operation.An electrical counterallows you to set the length of the binding.The QZ-7235 is the ideal machine for the production of books,stationary products,manuals,diaries,calendars,etc.,even with oversized covers,cardboard back,or index sheets.
