Main characteristics 1 Frequency converter,8.7`` black/white touch screen of LCD and PLC control are adopted. The dynamic 3-bush siding axle bearing is adopted for the main shaft. 2 The back-and-forth mechanism of the worktable adopts the linear guide rail imported from Germany, which is servicing-free in the entire service life (a high precision back-and-forth linear mechanism incomparable to those of any other similar milling machines). 3 The AC frequency conversion devices are adopted for the motor of milling head, the motor for back-and-forth movement of worktable and the motor of head frame to achieve three different dynamic stepless speed variation to meet the technological requirements of the users. 4 The number of times of back-and-forth movement of worktable and the milling &cutting time can be set. It can suspend operation for some time and after an interval will start the worktable automatically to achieve operation without using the keys. 5 Pneumatic holding rubber roller is adpted for milling process to achieve geometric sizes and surface roughness of extremely high precision. The sleeve of the tail frame has the pneumatic streth and withdrawal fucntion to hold the core shaft of rubber roller. The head frame driving the rubber roller to rotate is fitted with an automatic clamp capable of holding the core shaft of the rubber roller and setting it free after cutting and milling finished. 6 The machine body has PLC time-set multi-point lubrication mechanism, extending the service life and operability’ 7 Special sand wheel stones of large air pores and large dust and air suction device are adopted. No lubrication oil cooling liquid is necessary in he course of operation, avoiding oil stain or water stain on the rubber and ensuring a fine work environment and product quality.
