Main functions SM805 rubber roller milling machine enables one person to operate several machines at the same time. It is a main milling equipment for manufacturing rollers, wheels and rubber rollers for printers in large quantity. The machine enables coarse milling and fine milling, and can achieve first-step coarse milling, second-step fine milling and automatic fine movement with all the parameters set freely on the touch screen. The machine can well serve as a substitute to imported machines. Main characteristics and technical parameters 1 Servomotor and 8.4”color touch screen of LCD, frequency converter and PLC control are adopted for the human-machine interface, making operation safe and convenient. 2 The main shaft of the milling head of sand wheel adopts dynamic pressure structure(or static pressure structure). 3 The back-and-forth mechanism of the motor of main shaft of sand wheel and motor of head frame (drivig product to rotate).Servomotor is adopted for back-and-forth movement of worktable and feeding of sand wheel. Stepless speed variation is achieved for four different states to meet various technological requirements for cutting and milling of rubber rollers. 4 Variable frequency speed control is adopted for the motor of main shaft of sand wheel and motor of head frame(driving product to rotate).Servomotor is adopted for back-and-forth movement of worktable and feeding of sand wheel. Stepless speed variation is achieved for four different states to meet various technological requirements for cutting and milling of rubber rollers. 5 Pneumatic holding rubber roller is adopted for milling process to achieve geometric sizes and surface roughness of extremely high precision. The head frame driving the rubber roller to revolve is fitted with an automatic clamp to hold the core shaft of rubber roller and set free the shaft after milling and cutting over. 6 The machine body has PLC time-set multi-point lubrication mechanism, extending the service life and operability. 7 Special sand wheel stones of large air pores and large dust and air suction device are adopted. No lubrication oil or cooling liquid is necessary in he course of operation, avoiding oil stain or water stain on the rubber and ensuring a fine work environment and product quality.
