Skid- mounted drilling rigs

The skid-mounted modularized drilling rig is a new type drilling rig independently developed by our company. Its transmission system is a combination of hydraulic and mechanical drive, the hydraulic and pneumatic control system adopts the digger centralized operation technology, the brake control machanism is flexible, reliable, the assist brake is agile, convenient and efficient, meeting the requirements for automatic bit feed. The design, production and manufacture of this type of modularized drilling rig conform to the technical specifications like API Spec 7k, 8C and 4F etc. The complete machine adopts the skid-mounted modularized design, which makes its structrue compact, installation and transportation more convenient, floor space smaller. The oil derrick and its substructure are in different types, including the assembled vertical lifting oil derrick, K type whole block lifting derrick, retractable substructure, swing-up type substructure and box-cascading type substructure. Standardized and modularized design and multiple assembly ways enhance its universality and compatibility, make it meet the needs of different clients. The main brake adopts the strap brake or tray brake, the assist brake may adopts air-powered water-cooling tray brake or eddy-current brake, while the assist brake of the electric rig assist brake may adopts dynamic brake. Winch may adopts the bit feed electrical motor and control system. The drilling rig adopts networking and informatization technology, integrates the electricity, gas, liquid control, monitor and display to realize the well digging intelligentialization and security control. Perfect solid control, well control, high-pressure manifold system and supporting facilities like generator room, pump room and doghouse can meet the different requirements of the customers. Adopting the PEOPLE FORMOST concept and strengthening the security protecting and detecting measures to achieve the requirements of HSE standard.
