Sisic Roller features high performance resistance to heat impacting, stability of resistance to shaking, to friction, low thermal expansion coefficient, high degree of linearity(total length<0.1%), high mechanical strength, long life cycle(below 1380 centigrade degree) without suddenly breakage, no oxidization, no air dirt, residu , no pollution to the fired pieces in the use procedure. Silicon-infiltrated Silicon Carbide ( SiSiC), reaction-bonded Silicon Carbide (RBSIC) is a material which has high degree of reliability and economy in service and it therefore deserves special consideration for use at temperature up to 1,380 Degrees Celsius. These are designed to provide a high thermal shock,oxidation and corrosion resistant,without bending under high temperature, anti-breaking strength, no breaking or deflection after long time use for a variety of applications in Daily use Ceramics, Sanitary ware,Magnetic materials and rollers kiln’s high temperature area , it has times of longer service life than its competitors . Various forming processes are available depending on the different shape required by extrusion or slip casing. Both production methods are able to meet tight dimensional tolerances.
