After place the RFID transponder in the base housing done in first injection, by over mold the nylon is injected second time and envelope the RFID parts and base housing together, integrate to be a finished laundry tag. It is looks like a real button or nail, with to tiny hole which is easy to be sewed, and could be any color as request.
