The device offers a unique movement which pivots left to right, as you step left to right as well as moving up and down, this is to target multiple muscles from different angles. The hydraulic bars aim to absorb the pressure from your knees and ankles.The Twist & shape can be used with, or without the resistance bands, which can be easily attached and removed as you require. This shows that while stepping down, there is no set way in which lifting your arm should be done. i.e; while stepping left foot down you can lift either arm at the same time.
