Its a flexible mould non-metallic friction material having a random asbestos and non-asbestos fiber base. It possesses high coefficient of friction and is silent in operation with excellent conditions (i.e. not suitable for use in oil). Owning to its flexibility, it is easy to form any radius to accommodate itself on the shoe. Being ground on both surfaces, it is perfect for bonding on either surface as well as for fixing with rivet. The coefficients reach the standard FF Grade, which is very popular in the market. Now, we have developed new brake lining rolls in different color, like red brake lining rolls, yellow brake lining rolls and black brake lining rolls, they can either with wire or without wire, which according to the clients requirements.
