1. SF-1(DU)H: Pb-Free oil-impregnating bearing It is a new type bushing without lead composition which is developed in compliance with increasing demands on environmental protection. Beside its wide application on general machines, SF-1H is particularly suitable for food machine, pharmaceutical machine, tobacco machine, etc. 2. SF-1(DU)B: Wrapped bronze oil-impregnatingbearing It is based on bronze alloy of particular formulation with high density with sintered bronze layer as its middle, with the compound of PTFE and Pb as its surface. It is used in steel metallurgical industry, such as those used in roller grooves of successive casting machines, cement grout pumps and spiral conveyers for cement, etc. 3. SF-1(DU)S: Anticorruption stainless steel bearing. It is based on stainless steel plate which is anticorrosive. Through special treatment, the compound with PTFE layer mainly is located on the surface. It is with the characteristics of wear-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and seawater-resistant. It is used in flow meters, pumps and valves of chemical equipments. 4. SF-1(DU)P: Reciprocating motion bearing. It is a new kind of SF-1 which composed of a special design according to its reciprocating motion working condition. It is used in shock absorber of automobiles, motorcycles, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder 5. SF-1(DU)T: Gear pump bearing It is a new kind of SF-1 which composes of a special design surface layer of PTFE formulations and is specially applied for high PV value of gear pump bearing. It is used in gear pumps, vane pumps, etc. 6. SF-1(DU)BM: Bronze mesh self-lubricating bearing It is a composite material with bronze wire mesh as frame and calendared with a film if filled polyterafluoroethylene.It is widely applied in various sliding articles of different kinds of machines such as textile machines, tobacco machines,hydraulic vehicles,automobiles agri machines and forests machines and so on.
