Keep surface hard, smooth and clean. 2nd Spray water on the concrete surface, make sure moist enough before construction. Make sure clean and no water on the surface during construct. 3rd The new base of general Portland cement should do self-leveling construction after 21days, and after 7days for sulphoaluminate cement. 2 Mixing: 1st As for small area and road construction, you can stir with a small electric mixer in the bucket. As for large area construction, stir with high-speed mixer and use mortar pump to construct. 2nd Mix 5-6kg water with HGM-80 Self-leveling Mortar one bag (20kg), stir 4-5 min, after place for 1 min, stir again to even. 3rd The construction temperature ≥ 5°C\41°F,the mixed Self-leveling mortar should be used up within 35min. 3 Construction: 1st Make the mixed self-leveling mortar spread evenly , then control the thickness with special notched scraper .the construction thickness ≥3mm is preferred, construction thickness with one time is 3 30mm, and the dosage is 1.6kg/m²/mm 2nd The operator can enter the construction ground with spike shoes, and screed with special notched scraper in order to eliminate uneven at the conjunction and maintain the required thickness. 4th Use the deflated cylinder to eliminate the bubble produced by mixing. 4 Curing: Maintain like normal mortar under normal condition, spray water or cover with mat etc to curing 1—3 days.
