Self flow refractory castables

Self-flow pouring material is a high-tech product developed according to the densest packing theory, solid fluid theory and fluid mechanics theory, combined with the application characteristics of the refractory materials. The product can degas and flow flat to effect densification by its own gravity without shock, and is of the characteristics of saving time and labor and convenience, and advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scouring resistance and thermal shock stability. The product is applicable to furnace roof, furnace wall, water-cooled wrapping belt of heating furnace and the hot repair of all kinds of kilns, esp. to the positions which are of complex shapes and narrow, and difficult to be constructed.
