SD10 Series Electric Program-controlled Screw Press ------The special Equipment for Refractory Forming This series Electric Program-controlled Screw Press is the main special equipment of non-metallic forming, refractory products, it includes Screw Press, Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) and PLC operating system. WORKING PRINCIPLE: Our SD10 series Electric Program-controlled Screw Press includes Screw Press, Switched Reluctance Motor and with PLC as Core Controlling System. The Press uses Switched Reluctance Motor drive the flywheel, the sleeve spindle of flywheel and copper nuts frequently move positively and inversely, which drive screw and slider move up and down to impact. With PLC system control the product forming automatically, through the touch panel screen set the operating parameters digitally. When input the signal, the motor begin to work from the state to start very quickly, drive the flywheel and nut rotate acceleratedly, and the nut drive the screw and slide down acceleratedly. When the motor meets the rotate speed pre-set requested by impact power, the Press uses the energy stored by flywheel to impact, which make the product formed. Once after the flywheel release the energy, the motor drives the flywheel rotate inversely at once, return to the set position, the motor come into the stop state, the mechanical brake stop at the same time to make the slide return to the pre-set stroke position. The controlling system complete the product forming process automatically based on the preset impact speed and impact times , and then return to the pre-set stop position, the work-piece is rejected out and wait for signal to start again.
