Sawdust roller

This roller adopt two kinds of different ways of heating treat , not only ensures that under the high strength of operation load , the roller surface have enough hardness anti-impact , anti-abrasion and the roller’s bearing does not run outer ring ,but also ensures that the surface of the roller have enough rich-carbon layer ,improve the abrasion level. But the second heating treat directly increases the hardness of the roller surface, and ensures the hardness layer of 50 HRC more than 5mm.
