It has a very strong composite fastness and is fabricated through thermo-laminat- ing of high polymer plastics with polymer binding film sepecially usrd for sifted alumnum-plastic panel.The bonding fastness,after 8hours of boiling water test,shows no spoil of bonding layers.After ageing test in accordance with ASTM481-Cycle B,its minimal stripping strength is still higher than international parameters,and no exfoliation phenomenon of aluminum and plastics will occur after long time of use. It has a strong thermophily,sound insulation,heat insulation,shock insulation,safe and nonpoisonousk,fire-proof,with a variety of colors and a thermal adaptation range of -40°Cand+85°C. Perfect processability:It can be processed with ordinary wooden and metal tools and shaped by shearing,sawing,milling,punching,pressing and bending etc.,meeting modeling requirements precisely as designed by designers. Fine surface coating:The front aluminum plate is roll painted with fluorocarbon coatings,the plate surface is flat without chromatism,the coating has an extraordinary strong adhesive force,with resistance to acid and alkali and corrosion of salt-fog,no discoloration after long time of usre,no falling off of the coats,and it is the ideal finishing material for outdoor use,with a service life over 20 years,easy for aintenance and be made clean as new with brushed and water.
