Rotary Chain Screen Machine

LZ-CF rotary chain screen machine is one of the superior screen machines with chain transmission, which consists of the driving mechanism, rack, transmission gear, traction mechanism of tooth harrow chain, skimmer and electrical control system. The motor and the driving mechanisms of decelerator are installed at the left or right side on the top of the rack. The driving wheel on the output shaft of the decelerator drivers the tooth harrow chain. The driven wheel is installed at he end of the rack with a function of straining the chain. The tooth harrows rotate with the chains on the both sides. The tooth harrows remove the wastes in the gaps of the screen bars and carry them to the top of the rack. While the tooth harrows rotate on the top, the wastes will drop to the delivering unit by gravity. This screen machine has passed the certification of the National Environmental Protection Bureau twice in 1996 and in 1999, and has been widely adopted in many projects of domestic sewage treatment, paper mill wastewater treatment and tannery wastewater treatment. Main function It is used to removed the floating substances in the wastewater of the water supply and drainage pumping station, the sewerage and stormwater lifting pumping stations, sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant, and the wastewater treatment projects of various industrial and mining enterprises. The decelerators are purchased from Flanders or SEW in Germany with a guarantee of no need for maintenance in the first three years and no oil leaking in the first five years.
