Roating box cotton bud

Cotton bud ,the size of the stick is 70*2,2mm ,the size of the tip is 12.5*4mm ,for the wooden stick ,we have open it from the Da Hinggan Mountains at Northeast in China. from this pictures ,you can clearly see the weight of tip and stick ,for that its not flexible ,we can control this by the curls cotton and kapck machine. To the box ,we can open various box ,like ova box , bullet box ,siamese box and so on through our Injection molding machine and our own mold dept.
