Modular metallic weighbridge 1.1 The real modularized structure, outstanding exchangeability There are only three kinds of modules, with which we can get any size of weighbridge you want: 3x6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24m, etc. Also you can easily enlarge the length from 12m to 18m, or from 18m to 24m only by adding 3 pieces of modules, which saves investment cost for customers to the utmost. 1.1 High rigidy and heavy duty structureSmooth top plate, thickness: 10mm; 8 pcs of u-beams, u-beam plate thickness: 6mm, whereas, other suppliers use 4 or 6 u-beams with plate thickness of 5mm; our bridge height is 330mm. Bending machine for u-beam; max. length of u-beam: 8m;this machine ensures the efficiency and also the quality of u-beams 1.2 High quality level Welding CO2 Protection Welding and ShieldedArcWelding, standard fillet weld with no end, the minimum weld leg length is 8mm. All welding of u-beams are processed on standard welding platform. Each welding platform is equipped with a press device,which can offer 160t pressure on weighbridge u-beams. After welding, the press will be kept on the u-beams for 24 hours to release the internal stress and avoid the structure deformation. All welding lines are tested by ultrasonic flaw detection.
