Fully arc continuous casting machine mainly consists of tundish, mould , secondary cooling equipment and withdrawal straightening equipment, all of which are placed on1/4 arc ofacircle. 2.Molten steel will become solid arc billet inside mould and then to be cooled in secondary cooling area when moving forward on thearctrack, and fianlly become totally solid and straight after going through withdrawal straightening machine.3.
