reciprocating coal feeder

Reciprocating Coal Feeder is mainly used in feeding of coal, and other incompact material with small viscosity, discharging material from depository or pit to conveying equipment or sieving unit continuously and equably. It is composed of the main frame, soleplate(coal feeding trough), transmission platform, funnel, paddle door and idlers. Driven by motor through coupling, speed reducer, crank connecting rod, the 5°-angle soleplate is dragged to reciprocate on the idlers in a linear motion path, discharging coal to other equipments. There are two types: one with a funnel and the one without a funnel as required, and the one with governor valve (GV), and the one without GV in structure are optional.
