The more non-sensitive of the thermoplastic cutting, and the larger the gate diameter, the obvious the gate vestige, so there is a sink of the part surface to make the nozzle core is lower than the part surface , which can make the gate will not higher than the part surface. 2.Application is wide: it can be used for most of crystalline materials and amorphous materials, and is the most normal used gate type. 3.The color-change quality is good: as the nozzle runner is glossy, so there is no dead plastic place, which caused the color –change in good quality. 4.This gate quality is affected by the gate diameter and pin surface, and the cooling of the gate surround, and the nozzle tip temperature, so usually it is not suitable for the materials being shear sensitive and being in plenty-filled. 5.Note: If there requires the higher quality for the gate, pls. reference the sink opposite the gate making and the cooling water carrier of the nozzle tip.
