Check fuse and/ or realy as outlined in the service manual. If the pump is running and the fuel fuel system is still inoperable, check the electrical polarity. If the electrical polarity is reversed, the pump will run backwards. If the pump has power and proper polarity, check the remainder of the fuel system as outlined in the service manual. Note: A loss of oil pressure or a defective oil pressure switch will cause the pump to be inoperative. Our oil pressure switch or equivalent should be used to replace the defective switch.
