QUARTZ STONE FQ8008

Quartz stone FQ8008, it is a kind of popular material for kitchen counter top on world now. It is mainly made of quartz (about 92%) and add a little resin (about 8%).on production technics, we use two kind of technics to produce it. the one is just like our composite marble, using quartz to mix with resin, and press into block and then cut into the slab with size of 600*3000mm and 800*3000mm.Use the kind of technics, we can produce the slab with thickness of 12mm,15mm,18mm,20mm and so on. the other production technics is using the quartz to mix with resin, and then press into the slab with size of 1400*3000mm directly. use the kind of technics, we only supply the slab with thickness beyond 18mm,like 18mm,20mm,25mm and so on. our quartz stone has great hardness and great color and can suffer great acid and alkali comparing with other traditional material for kitchen counter top. meanwhile, we still can supply various edge process according to the clients’ detailed request.
