KOYO strictly implement European Standard EN81 and was awarded Germany TUV Certififcate with CE Logo. KOYO products have many superiorities as bellows: Electrical parts-Main board priority (KOYO self-development) -World-leading ARM 32 bits microprocessor; we use ARM7TDMI-S LPC2378,LPC2368,LPC2119 from Philips and Cortex-M3 LM3S2016 as controller from Luminary; -High anti-interfering ability and reliability and no machine-stop operation; -Interface for man and elevator, key operation, 192*128 LCD, parameters set easily and shift for English and Chinese version. -Collective control is for below 64 floors, 6m/s and 3-8 units. -Basic control method: VVVF to adjust speed is suitable for geared machine and gearless permasyn motor. -Elevator weight testing device, the differentiating power is 10kg, RS485 or CAN for communication -Original creation elevator operation curve and floor leveling≤ 3mm -CAN bunch communication. -Four-level surface craftsmanship. -RS485 remote communication is for practical use and there is communication agreement for the third party. -JTAG connection, download latest program and parameters by PC and KOYO could provide the downloading software. -1000 pieces malfunctions and records could be saved. -KOYO system supports the GSM and SMS which means the elevator will send alarming to phone or cell-phone when there is malfunction. -All the contactors are from LG and relays from OMRON; inverters are Yaskawa from Japan. All such parts from abroad ensure the high quality of controller. -According EN81, we use wiring in different color in controller which is easily inspected, and there ae also corresponding code for each wiring. Moreover, we use plugging to avoid complicated wiring connection Mechanical parts:-The car walls are SST304 1.5mm. There are two kinds: one is with sound insulation rubber; the other is foaming cabin. But1.0mm or even 0.8mm 430 SST is used in China. -KOYO use famous branded safety gear, buffer and speed governor. - KOYO use high effective permasyn motor, exempting lubrication and energy-saving is more than 40%. -KOYO R&D team use SOLIDWORKS to develop products. -Car operation panel and calling display is very scientific and easily operated! -Noise is about 10% less than traditional lifts which would make passenger feel more comfortable. -Reasonable structure achieves “small shaft, big car”. -KOYO traction lifts have been awarded CE certificates from German TUV for various kinds for capacity and stops. -KOYO is very familiar with manufacturing standards from many countries which could ensure local permission for customers.
