Quality and efficient straightening machine

JY Series high-precision 2-roll straightening calender is mainly used for precise straightening and calendaring of bright turned wire rods, and also for the straightening of black steel sheets. As the machine can conduct calendaring and straightening simultaneously and the feeding rate can be steplessly adjusted, it can work in a highly efficient manner. The machine is specially ideal for processing silver steel (bright materials), with high precision of processing and bright surface. Technical characteristics of the device are: 1.Upper and lower parts of the body are respectively installed with a straightening roll, with the upper roll concave and the lower roll convex. According to the diameter and characteristics of materials, the angles of the upper roll and the lower roll are adjusted, and the space between the two rolls are adjusted by electric lift. The cooling & lubricating system is started and the calendering and straightening of the overall length of materials are completed at a time, driven by main transmission. 2.Feeding and discharging devices: feeding table is adopted for feeding, and U-type basket is adopted for discharging, with canvas bag for automatic lifting and lowering. Protective measures are adopted for all contact areas of discharging. 3.Pulling-out device: used for sending straightened materials into collecting barrels 4.Cooling & lubricating system: 20# machine oil is used for precise straightening and calendaring 5.Electrical system: the system consists of power supply system, control system, main tranmission system, feed system, adjustment system, cooling & lubricating system, power distribution cabinet and button control station, etc.Frequency conversion stepless speed regulation is adopted for the transmission system, and A/C power control applies to the feed system, adjustment system, and cooling & lubricating system. 6.Process Description:Feeding skid Pneumatic kick-out arm Feeding roll table Mainframe Discharging roll table Pneumatic kick-out arm Collecting tank
