Product introduction 1. QDX/QX series stainless steel small submersible electric pump, which have stainless steel shell, consist of a pump, seal and motor. The motor on the upper part of the pump is a one-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump on the lower part uses the up-pumping structure that can avoid clogging in case the pump gets bogged down in sludge. The elegant appearance features precision casting and stainless steel cylinder, which is rust-proof, corrosion resistant and pollution-free. It is widely used in a variety of special ciscumstances, such as corrosion resistant, healthy and clean places. 2. The pump uses a double-end faced mechanical seal which is reliable and safe. Sealings and cables use corrosion-resistant fluororubber according to different media conditions, which ensures safety and cleanness. 3. The overall structure of the pump is compact, small, light and easy to maintain. It can be also used when submerged.The pump is equipped with overheating and overloading protection devices to prevent the motor from overheating due to overload. Main applications 1. Power: 0.25-1.5KW, flow rate: 1-60m3/h, lift: 0-32m, voltage: 110-660V, frequency: 50-60HZ, outlet caliber: 25-76mm (1"-3"). 2. Pumps are suitable for buildings, hospitals, residential quarters, municipal works, road transport & construction, sewage discharge of factories, livestock breeding, pharmacy, beverages, salt water, general corrosive medium. 3. Corrosion resistance Service conditions 1. Medium temperature should not exceed 60 degrees centigrade, and the volume ratio of solid impurities contained should be not more than 0.1%. granularity should be less than 0.2mm and the medium PH value should be between 4-10. 2. The motor should not be submerged in liquid more than 5m deep, and the part above the liquid level should not be more than half of its total length.
