Besides ,with our 40 years researched machinery experience and absorbed foreignhigh technology ,adopted the computer programmed control , so it is very popular with the food factory Process Flow: Fuel Injection -Forming-Baking(Comeback) -Back plate conveyor-Sucker-Cooling-Corded-Sterilization Parameter: Daily output 8-10t Gas consumed/hour 13-18kg Total rate 20kw The process of cakeproduction line 1 first, put all the materils of cakes,such as egg, suger,etc into the mixing machine. 2 Second ,put dough,various additives to mix for about 5 minutes, 2.1 After that,, put oil into the mixing box. 3 When all the material are mixed well-distributed, the operator will use the control system to convey the mixing box into the mace,then the max will be filled with a certain proportion of air. 4 step 4, the mixing material will be conveyed into the cake forming machine. 5 Step 5,the material are put into the cake mould 6 step 6,the pans with cakes come into the oven,the oven is the undirect hot air rotary circle oven,which has three tempreture control zones. The tempreture can be set at any degree by computer . 7 step7,when baking is over, the cake pans are conveyed to the pan stripping and convery machine, then the sucker suck out the cakes of pans. 8 Step8,the cakes are conveyrd to the cooling and UV sterilization line. 9 Step9, package 2) when cakes of pans are all sucked out,the pans will be conveyed back automatically, the pans are turned over for cleanning,then all pans will be oil sprayed once again.
