Typical materials include 60Si2MnA(SAE 9260), 50CrVA(SAE 6150) and various stainless steels.Surface treatment:The surface treatment methods of disc spring include bluing, phosphatization, galvanization, electrophoresis and mechanical zincification, and etc.
