Material of jaw is 35CrMo. After heat treatment, the hardness will be HB260.2. Material of splined shaft and splined sleeve are all 42CrMo. After heat treatment, the hardness will be HB280.3. Material of cross axle is 18Cr2Ni4Wo, the hardness will be HRC60, δ=3 5 mm after carburizing and quenching.4. Attachment bolt uses 10.9 degree high-tensile bolt and equipped with lock nut.*design specification Universal coupling with spider based on JB/T 5513-1991 standard. The improvements have been made according to the standard construction. The improvements are as follow:1. Flange area adopted special face tooth construction. The pressure angle is 14.5º.it is be propitious to improve the intensity and rigidity of joint.2. Internal spline and external spline adopted involute structure. The pressure angle is 30ºand with high running accuracy and transmit reverse ability.
