When the adsorber adsorption to a certain extent, one of the adsorbent will be saturated, this time through the use of vacuum switching valve carried on the vacuum (and adsorption in the opposite direction), the vacuum degree is 0.65-0.75barg. Adsorbed water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and a small amount of other gas components were drawn side by side to the atmosphere, adsorbent are regenerated.
