Printing paste/screen printing paste BD808/808B white/transparent paste (High Elastic and Strong Fixation Series) Physical Property: 1. Appearance: 808 white paste – white cream 808B transparent paste–milky and blue pasty 2. Viscosity: 70000-80000mPas 3. PH value: 6.5-7 Characteristics: 1. Highelasticity strong coverage, super soft feeling, high glossy, smooth, non-sticky to hand, washable, no net obstacle, easy to operate and machine printing available. 2. Detection of heavy metal, Azo, PVC, Phthalates and Formaldehyde etc. is compliant with international environment requirement. Suggested Usage: Overprint 2-3 times to achieve smooth printing surface and strong coverage. Add proper cross linking agent to strengthen resistance for application of nylon Lycra. Better effect via heating and washing after natural drying with dryer temperature of 130-150degree and up to 60 degree water temperature available for 2～3minutes. Application Range: Apply for various stretch knitted fabrics, cotton jerseys, nylon Lycra, elastics and sports fabrics. The above-mentioned is only for reference. Please make self-test before using.
