Foam thickness and torque are very important. 3) Pressure sensitive linerdoesn't need to add any machine. It has a simple process, low cost, easy to use and good sealing performance. 4) Pressure Sensitive Seal Liner is One Piece Liner (Foam Backed). Printing on Pressure Sensitive Seal Liner: 1) It can be printed the message and logo on Pressure Sensitive Seal Liner. Structure: 1) Protect Layer. 2) Polystyrene Foam. 3) Adhesive Layer. Form of Induction Seal Liner: 1) Die-Cut Form. 2) Roll Form. Thickness/Diameter/Roll Width: 1) The Thickness is within 0.6 mm to 1.0 mm (+/- 0.08mm). Accept the thickness from the customer. 2) The Diameter is within 10 mm to 150 mm. Accept the diameter from the customer. 3) The Width of Roll is within 30mm to 360 mm.Accept the width from the customer.
