Series YBD1-12 of pre-fabricated embedded cabinet transformer station (hereinafter named embedded cabinet transformer station) is a complete distribution transformer plant integrating high-voltage switches, embedded transformer, low-voltage switches and pre-fabricated pit. The main body is embedded so that it does not occupy the space on the ground, creates a favorable visual effect and becomes harmonious with surrounding environment. 1、Pre-fabricated pit is made of glass-fiber cement composite in the factory and treated with the advanced waterproof technology to ensure zero leakage and high strength. At the top is an openable access hole. There is a comprehensive controlled system functioning drainage, suction, illumination and dehydration and mounting trays in the pit to mount and fix high-voltage and low-voltage cables. 2、High-voltage part is a combination of different high-voltage switch cabinets in accordance with various plans and includes lead-in/out cabinet, feeder cabinet, measuring cabinet and loop-network cabinet. Adopt the loop-network unit of imported load switches and modular design to add electrical operation mechanisms and data collection units easily. 3、Use the oil-immersed embedded transformer of high reliability, low loss, silence, less temperature rise, whole enclosure and zero maintenance. Transformer of this type features energy saving, environmental protection and excellent overload capacity. 4、Low-voltage part is a combination of low-voltage switch cabinets in accordance with various plans and includes measuring cabinet, breaker cabinet, low-voltage feeder cabinet and capacitance compensation cabinet. 5、High-voltage connections are waterproof wholly-sealed cable inserts that realize entire insulation, waterproof and sealing. Small-capacity low-voltage connections are cables and large-capacity low-voltage connections are copper blocks covered with 3M waterproof tape. 6、The entire transformer features energy saving, safety, advancement and zero error and maintenance and generates great social and economic benefits and vigorous development.
