Product Features 1.1. Top seal structure: Referring to the following illustration, seal gasket is top positioned. Instead of applying the closing torque force directly to the gasket, it is indirectly applied to the dome-shapped Compression Seal Lid, which in turn virtically press down the gasket. This unique structure completely eliminates the destructive torque force applied to the gasket when the Lid Assembly is opened and closed; 1.2. Anti-ultraviolet ray formula: Anti-ultraviolet ray additives are added into Polypropylene resin before injection molding. The new formula protects the housing from deterioration under strong sunlight when installed outdoors; 1.3. Custom housing color availability: Customers can order PP-HOUSING and HPPC23V with any preferred color. The minimum custom color ordering quantity is 100 units. 2. Standard Package 2.1 PP-HOUSING Standard Package: Polypropylene housing shell, Buna-N gasket, Polypropylene tripod stand assembly, Polypropylene lid assembly, Polypropylene strainer basket, and Polypropylene filter bag holder. 2.2 HPPC23V Standard Package: Polypropylene housing shell, Buna-N gasket, Polypropylene tripod stand assembly, Polypropylene lid assembly, Polypropylene cartridge base plate with Buna-N gasket. 2.3 Metal Alternative Standard Package: Stainless steel housing shell, Buna-N gasket, stainless steel lid, stainless steel strainer basket, stainless steel tripod stand assembly, and stainless steel filter bag holder. 3. Transportation 3.1 Fragile: PP-HOUSING are made of FDA Grade Polypropylene, and are fragile in nature. Rough handling will cause physical damages to the housings. 3.2 Flammable: Polypropylene is flammable in nature. No smoke and fire allowed anywhere near the products. 3.3 Shipping: PP-HOUSING, filter housings are shock mounted in the packing cartons, they can stand upward or lay on side during transportation. When moving about a PP-HOUSING, or HPPC23V that is already in commission, the housing must be completely drained first, and stand upright during transportation.
