Introduction: Water Sable brand S-703 Chlorinated Polyethylene-rubber Blended Water-proof Sheet contains primary component which compound chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) blended with rubber at best formulation, by utilizing the most advanced extrusion continuous vulcanization equipment rubber waterproof sheet, has the advantages such as better compactness, no bubbles, smooth surface and no transverse and longitudinal performance discrepancy. Storage and transportation: 1. The waterproof sheet and mated adhesives should be store in cool, well-ventilated and dry warehouses far away from heat source. 2. Pay attention to the inflammable adhesives during use, storage and transportation since adhesive it contains organic solvents. 3. The storage period of mated adhesive S-703-2 is 9 months;the storage period of S703-3 adhesive is 1 yeat.They still can be used if they are checked qualified even the period is expired. H. Brief introduction of waterproof sheet construction: 1. The base should be smooth, dry and clean, without any looseness, dusting and peeling. 2. The base should be cleaned of impurity before construction. 3. Unroll the sheet fully on the base so as to release the stress of sheet. Apply S703-3 base adhesive to the surfaces of base and sheet at the dosage of 300g/m2. Spread it fully and compact it when the adhesive is no longer adhesive. 4. when laying the second roll of sheet, apply the S703-3 base adhesive according to the above item 3 except the 100mm edge overlaid on the first roll of sheet. pulling with force and uneven pressure on any direction are forbidden. 5. After the base is fully laid, use special solvent to clean the joining part until it is fully dried. Then apply S703-2 joint adhesive to both side of the joint. Apply once again when they are dried. Press it even and firm using roller when they are dried again. the dosage is 60g/m2.
